Worship

Our hope is that Alger Park’s worship is hospitable: first and foremost to God, secondly to visitors, and third to our believing members. Also, we aim to create provocative worship: meaning that we hope our worship motivates us to do and be something more.

We value preaching, liturgy and music that is biblically rooted, thoughtful and reflective. We involve a variety of instruments, traditions, and styles in our services. We are continually discovering and celebrating new music, as well as using the best music of our historic Christian tradition.
